Unless you are working for a multi-national company, most conference and seminar
attendances measure in the hundreds, not thousands. Same goes for Expos, unless
it is one that lasts for several days. Most Expos today are usually just for one
day and we usually only see a hundred or so people to talk and give information
to.

printed matter for these types of functions. You may want to highlight a special
offer at an Expo, and again if you print it in colour you will get a much better
response.

ranging from 80gsm bond right through to high grade art papers up to 300gsm.
